Your AcquisitionSuite license connects your website to your purchased plan and allows you to access the features, updates, and site activations included with your subscription.
AcquisitionSuite is available in four plans: Solo, Growth, Pro, and Agency.
Before you begin
Make sure you have:
- An active AcquisitionSuite Solo, Growth, Pro, or Agency subscription.
- The license key provided after your purchase
- AcquisitionSuite installed and activated on your WordPress website
Activate your license
- Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Go to AcquisitionSuite → License.
- Enter the license key you received after purchase.
- Click Activate License.
- Wait for the activation to complete.
- Confirm that your license status shows Active.
Once activated, your website will have access to the features and usage limits included in your plan.
Where can I find my license key?
Your license key is provided after completing your AcquisitionSuite purchase.
Check the purchase confirmation email sent to the email address used during checkout.
If you cannot find the email, check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.
License activation failed
If your license cannot be activated, check the following:
- Make sure the license key was entered correctly.
- Confirm that your subscription is active.
- Check that your license has not expired.
- Confirm that you have not exceeded the number of websites allowed by your plan.
- Make sure your WordPress website can connect to the internet over HTTPS.
- Ensure you are running a supported version of AcquisitionSuite and WordPress.
If the problem continues, contact AcquisitionSuite support and include the error message displayed during activation.
Moving your license to another website
If you need to move AcquisitionSuite to another website, deactivate the license from the old website before activating it on the new website, where applicable.
Your available site activations depend on your Solo, Growth, Pro, or Agency plan.
Check your license status
You can check your current license status at any time by going to:
WordPress Admin → AcquisitionSuite → License
Your license page will show the current activation status and relevant license information.
What the License page shows

| Status | Active, Inactive, or Expired |
| Expiry date | When your current term ends |
| Activated sites | How many domains are currently using this key |
| Site limit | The maximum domains allowed on your plan |
| Install ID | A unique identifier for this WordPress install |
